If you are not entirely pleased with your selection, we provide a seamless process for returns or exchanges on all non-customized pieces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure shipping label.

  Secure Your Jewelry

  Place the item in its original presentation box and include all original documentation, including the diamond grading certificate and your sales receipt.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Pack the presentation box inside a new, sturdy shipping carton and attach the provided prepaid insured label to ensure your piece is protected during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
